Due to the extreme cold expected overnight, all Warren-Trumbull County Public Library locations and services will not open until 11:00 a.m. on Friday January 30.

The delayed opening includes libraries in Brookfield, Cortland, the Eastwood Mall, Howland, Liberty, and Warren. The Bookmobile and outreach services are also included in the Friday delay.
