The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County (PLYMC) will be delaying the opening of all of its branches on Friday and Saturday.

PLYMC said due to extreme cold temperatures the library system will not be opening until 11:00 a.m. on both days. 

All branches will, however, close at the regularly scheduled times. Those times, and all library locations, can be found on the PLYMC website.
