Niles police arrested a woman Thursday who was wanted for her suspected role in a stabbing that occurred last year at a local shopping plaza.

Zuelkha Berry, 46, was booked into the Trumbull County Jail on a charge of attempted murder. Jail records show she was taken into custody on Jan. 29 and is currently being held while she awaits trial.

Investigators identified Berry as a second suspect in an incident that took place in November 2025 at the Gentry Center Plaza on Route 422. According to witnesses, a dispute in the parking lot between several people led to a man being stabbed in the neck.

Another man, 52-year-old Kenyon Kellum, was previously arrested at a nearby hotel and charged with attempted murder and felonious assault. His trial is scheduled to begin on Feb. 2.

Berry had been the subject of a search by the Niles Police Department and U.S. Marshals. Following her arrest, she is being held in the county jail without bond.
