Water main break leaves East Liverpool residents without service

A water main break in East Liverpool early Saturday evening left some residents with low pressure or no water, according to a Facebook post.
The East Liverpool Water Department stated that the break occurred around 6:30 p.m. near Lincoln Avenue.
As of 7:45 p.m., the department stated the area between lower St. Clair Avenue and Shadyside Avenue was without service.
According to an East Liverpool Police dispatcher, the area was still impacted as of 10:20 p.m. Saturday.
The estimated time for repairs to be complete and services to be fully restored is unknown at this time.
