YOUNGSTOWN - Branches of The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) are opening at a later time this Saturday.

According to a release, all PLYMC branches will open at noon on Saturday, February 7. 

The release states the reason for the delayed opening time is due to winter weather conditions.
