The weekend cold has resulted in closures, delayed openings and event cancellations around the Valley.

SATURDAY FEB. 7

- Hubbard Public Library delayed opening. Open to the public at noon.

- All Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County branches will delay opening until noon.

- The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library system will delay opening until 11:00 a.m. due to low temperatures. The delay includes Brookfield, Cortland, Eastwood Mall, Howland, Liberty, and Warren; the Bookmobile; and outreach services.

- Swiss Steak Dinner at Vienna United Methodist Church (4265 Warren Sharon Road) is canceled
