MASURY, Ohio - Specialty Strip & Oscillating Inc. announced a new partnership on Friday with JCL Development. The steel service center said in a Friday press release that they have chosen to partner with the Sharon-based development group in order to "accelerate the company's next phase of growth."

The steel center has been in operation, supplying slit and oscillated prime steel coils since 1994. President of Specialty Strip & Oscillating, Adam von Philp said in the release that he is looking forward to JCL Development's involvement in improving efficiency without compromising quality. Over the past 30 years, the company stated it has focused on precision in their cold-rolled carbon, alloy and stainless steel coils.

"Specialty Strip & Oscillating has a strong foundation, and we look forward to helping the company grow while preserving the values that have made
it successful," Jim Landino, owner of JCL Development said.

The partnership announced its key priorities will include expanding into new customer segments, boosting efficiency, increasing production capacity and advancing the steel distributor's coil production capabilities.

JCL Development has been previously known for its work in revitalizing businesses and historic buildings in downtown Sharon, Pennsylvania.
