Boardman's Tomlin heading to Bowling Green Cheer Team

Boardman High School senior Kevin Tomlin will continue his athletic and academic career at Bowling Green State University, where he will cheer with the Falcon cheer program while majoring in Physical Therapy.
Tomlin brings an impressive cheer résumé built over 10 years of experience in the sport. As a member of his All-Star cheer team, Steel, Kevin helped lead the program to five national championships and an undefeated record, earning five Grand Champion rings and more than 40 medals throughout his career. Tomlin also runs track for Boardman High School.
In addition to his success in cheer and track, Kevin has focused strongly on academics and service. He attended MCCTC during his junior and senior years in the pre-nursing program, an experience that inspired his decision to pursue a future career in physical therapy. Throughout high school, Tomlin was involved in Key Club, Drug Free Club, and Mini Dance Marathon, helping raise funds for Akron Children’s Hospital.
