Trumbull County Land Bank looking for bids to clean up five gas stations
Analyses and grant applications for each of the sites listed can be found on the Trumbull County Land Bank website under "2026 Gas Stations Brownfield Application."

The Trumbull County Land Bank issued its January 2026 report, including information on bids for the "demolition and remediation" of five gas stations the Land Bank owns.
"The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's Division of Environmental Response and Revitalization is funding the work, which initial projections show will cost a combined $2.5 million for the five sites," according to the report.
Bids are out for who will conduct work on the demolition and remediation of those sites, which include the following properties:
- 2855 Tod Avenue SW in Warren
- 3624 Main Street in Mineral Ridge
- 165 East Main Street in West Farmington
- 2904 Belmont Avenue in Liberty
- 1426 Niles Road SE in Warren
