Warren animal shelter offering reward for information in case of three emaciated dogs
The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project shelter, located at 909 Martin Luther King Boulevard in Warren, is offering a reward to anyone with information regarding three dogs the shelter has taken in during the past 24 hours.
Jason Cooke, the founder and owner of the Healthy Hearts and Paws Project shelter, told 21 News that the three dogs, pictured above, were taken in over the course of one day, two coming from different parts of the City of Warren and the other from Brookfield.
All three of the dogs, he says, are emaciated, with their spines, ribs and hip bones visible.
Cooke says a reward of $750 is being offered to anyone with information on any of the dogs pictured.
He also goes on to state that with the intake of these three dogs, the shelter is at its maximum capacity. Cooke anticipates an influx of intakes as the weather warms up.
