NILES - A water main break caused water to be temporarily shut off to residences on a street in Niles.

The break happened on Gypsy Lane Tuesday afternoon.

Niles Water Superintendent Kevin Robertson told 21 News that houses on Gypsy Lane were impacted, and crews worked for hours to fix the break.

As of 7:30 p.m., Robertson confirmed the break has been repaired and water will be restored.
