WesBanco branches in Youngstown, Boardman set to close doors
Two branches of WesBanco, a banking institution with several locations in the Mahoning Valley, are set to close their doors, according to a company spokesperson.
The following WesBanco locations are slated to close, including:
- McCartney Road Branch & ATM, located at 2996 McCartney Road in Youngstown
- Newport Glen Branch & ATM, located at 4005 Hillman Way in Boardman
A company spokesperson confirmed that a total of 10 branches across the state are closing, with the two listed above as the only Youngstown-area branches expected to close.
The McCartney Road branch is expected to close in May 2026.
Customers of the McCartney Road location were reportedly notified of the closure in advance.
All services to WesBanco customers are still available through nearby branches, which can be located on the WesBanco website.
Additionally, customers may also use online banking and WesBanco's ATM network.
