The East Palestine board of education is being asked to approve veteran football coach Rick Shepas as the Bulldogs next head coach.

The board meets Monday night.

Shepas was the head coach at Poland, Seneca Valley (Pa), and Massillon and has a career record of 97-35.

He was also the head coach at Waynesburg University and remains the schools all time winningest coach.

Shepas is currently the athletic director at for the Warren City Schools.
