YOUNGSTOWN - LT Corporation, based in Cleveland, Mississippi, has acquired Commercial Metal Forming, a tank head manufacturing provider based in Youngstown.

Commercial Metal Forming, which is located on Logan Avenue, is the largest tank head manufacturer in the country, according to a release. It provides tank heads for pressure vessels, tanks and other critical equipment.

LT Corporation is a holding company, specializing in metal fabrication, pressure vessel and propane solutions industries. It is also a parent company that manages multiple operating manufacturing companies across the country.

Leadership with LT Coporation said the purchase of Commercial Metal Forming will strengthen and expand both companies' presence in the manufacturing market.
