Warren man, woman facing felony endangering children charges

WARREN - A Warren man and woman are both facing felony endangering children charges, according to court information.
According to a police report, the charges stem from an incident that happened on Saturday, February 28 when police were called to a local hospital for a child endangering complaint.
Police say the child suffered two brain hemorrhages and had several brusies on her body. The report does not detail how the child got those injuries.
Richard Plant Jr., 24, and Joanna Harvey, 18, both of Warren, were arraigned on one charge of endangering children (F3) each on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Both pleaded not guilty to charges.
Plant Jr. is being held in the Trumbull County Jail on a $100,000 cash or surety bond alongside Harvey, who is also being held on a $100,000 cash or surety bond.
Court information for Plant Jr. and Harvey indicates that charges stem from an incident that happened earlier in the year, on February 28.
Both Plant Jr. and Harvey are also ordered to have no contact with "minor victims," according to court information.
Both suspects are due back in Warren Municipal Court on Monday at 1:30 p.m.
