A crash is under investigation on an Interstate 680 exit ramp that occured around 3 p.m. Sunday.

Traffic may be delayed as crews work to clear the scene at the Glenwood Avenue north exit (Exit 5). 

Responding officers on scene were unable to give further information at this time.

The cause of the crash or the extent of any injuries is unknown at this time.

A 21 News crew on scene reported that someone was in the ambulance with Youngstown Police and EMS personnel present.
