In Newton Falls, Foster MetroPark is closed for the weekend until a tree that is blocking a road (also pictured above) is cleaned up, according to Zachary Svette, Executive Director of Trumbull County MetroParks. Svette hopes to have the tree removed early next week to reopen the road and the park.
Drivers are cautioned to travel safely, as trees could fall and block roadways and possibly bring wires down. Also, traffic signals may not be operating; therefore, the intersection becomes a four-way stop for drivers.
