An Akron woman is due back in court today on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Twenty-one-year-old Stacy Jarvis was involved in a fatal two-car crash in Alliance.

Eight-year-old Summer Pitner of Beloit died last week as a result of that crash.
