An emotional day in court for the family of the city's most recent murder victim. The fiance of Waddell Casey was overcome with grief after the arraignment of her boyfriend's suspected killer, Charles Jones.

Casey was shot to death inside his home on Stewart Street on Monday. A second victim survived the shooting and was able to identify Jones as the alleged killer.

Waddell Casey was also supposed to be a witness in an upcoming murder trial against the man who allegedly killed his brother, Adrian Casey on New Year's Day.
