21 News has confirmed that prominent attorney Don L. Hanni, Junior remains hospitalized at the Cleveland Clinic.

The Vindicator is reporting the attorney, who is in his 80's, suffered a mild stroke on Sunday.

Hanni is a well-known defense attorney who has practiced law for more than 50 years.

He was inducted into the Mahoning county Democratic Party Hall of Fame in 2005.
