A Youngstown man is behind bars accused of stealing scrap metal.

Twenty-two year old Jeffrey Storti is charged with theft and criminal conspiracy.

Hermitage Police say they arrested Storti after they found him hiding inside the scrap metal dumpster at Wheatland Tube.

Charges are pending against a second person who police say was driving the pickup truck full of stolen materials.
