The Warren Police officer who made national news in a taser investigation is heading back to work. Officer Richard Kovach's attorney tells 21 news the arbitrator's decision grants the officer his job as well as full back pay. Last December, Warren's law director Doug Franklin said Kovach was being terminated because he could not be trusted to "faithfully, honestly and impartially discharge and perform all of his duties." The termination stemmed from the search of Timothy Brown's car last summer. Kovach accepted a 60-day suspension for the multiple tasering of Heidi Gill. The F-B-I is also investigating Kovach's actions in that case.
