HARTFORD TWP., Ohio - This weekend Hartford will hold its 55th annual Apple Festival.

Attendees can look forward to pageants, pie eating contests, parades and more.

FRIDAY

6 p.m.- Opening Ceremony & Flag Raising by Boy Scout Troop #90

7 p.m.- Queens Pageant

9 p.m.- 11 p.m.- Queens Dance, music by Bryce Lamancusa
Midnight - Closing

SATURDAY
9 a.m. - Crafters- on grounds
Entries - Arts/Baked Goods/Crafts/Horticulture - in Fire Station 

9 a.m. - 5K Race

10:30 a.m. - Kids Bike Parade 

11 a.m. - Pet Parade 

11:45 a.m. - Kids Games

Noon - Judging for Arts Crafts/Baked Goods/Horticulture

Historical Society Display in Township Building

12:30 p.m. - Kids Tractor Pull

3 pm - Magician Gary Morton 

4-5:30 p.m. - Line up for the parade - register at the corner of Bushnell Campbell and Five Points Rd (Enter from Route 305)

5:45 p.m. - Rt 305 and Route 7 closed for Parade

6 p.m. - Parade begins
