The Warren Police Department is investigating after two men allegedly asked a community member for personal information while claiming to be from Medicare. 

According to police, two men showed up at a Warren home claiming to be employees from Medicare. 

Police say the men offered to provide "on-site medical services", but they demanded the resident's social security number and their Medicare number. 

According to a social media post by police, it was "confirmed with Medicare that they do not have employees doing random home visits."

The suspects were described by police as as two black males, between the heights of 6'01" and 6'03", one male had braids in his hair and both were well dressed. 

The suspects were allegedly driving a dark blue or black van with a sliding rear passenger door.
