Where to recycle your Christmas tree in the Valley
As we turn the corner into 2024, many homes will begin to "un-deck the halls." A few local businesses across the Valley are hoping to lessen the amount of decorations in landfills, by recycling your live trees at no charge.

MAHONING COUNTY
Eorio's Dumpster Rental offers free Christmas Tree pickup and recycling on January 4th and 5th, 2024.

TRUMBULL AND MAHONING COUNTY
Express Junk Removal is offering curbside pickup for live trees on January 4th (for Mahoning County residents) and 5th (for Trumbull County residents).
You must submit a sign-up form by 8:00 pm on January 3, 2024, to be added to the pickup route.
No decorations, flocking, or artificial trees are permitted.
MERCER COUNTY
Hermitage
Curbside collection for natural Christmas trees is scheduled for January 8th and January 15th, 2024.
Hermitage residents do not need to contact their garbage provider ahead of time. Tri-County Industries asks that residents set their trees out to the curb the night before their regular collection day.
