'Soft lockdown' lifted at Stambaugh Charter Academy

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A soft lockdown has been lifted at Stambaugh Charter Academy in Youngstown

School employees confirmed with 21 News that the school was on a soft lockdown and authorities are looking into it, but could not provide any more information. School employees say the lockdown has since been lifted.
