YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Police say the suspects in an armed robbery got away with more than $260 in cash.
According to a police report, two male suspects entered the Subway restauant on E. Midlothian at 4:00 p.m. Thursday.
One of the suspects brandished a black revolver and held an employee at gunpoint after demanding cash from the register and safe.
The safe, which was on a time delay, could not be opened. The suspect then became agitated and attempted to fire a shot into the ceiling. One victim tells police the gun malfunctioned and did not fire.
