MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio - Mahoning County was added to the U.S. Small Business Administration disaster declaration in Ohio for businesses and residents affected by severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes, flooding and landslides that swept through the area on May 27-29. 

Additionally, small businesses and most private nonprofit organizations in Columbiana and Trumbull Counties in Ohio and Mercer Lawrence Counties in Pennsylvania are among those counties able to apply only for SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans.

Currently, the SBA has approved over $5.3 million in low-interest disaster loans for Ohioans.
