Slow Cooker Carnitas

3 Tbsp. dry Ranch seasoning

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. chili powder

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 (3 lb.) boneless pork shoulder

1 onion, sliced

1 orange, sliced

Tortillas, cheese, avocado slices and sour cream, for serving

In a small bowl, whisk together Ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, chili powder and olive oil. Rub mixture over pork. Place in slow cooker, then top with onion and orange slices.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Shred meat with forks, then serve on tortillas, topped with desired toppings.
