YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man could face more than three centuries in prison if convicted of the more than 70 charges against him.

Dustin Ruiter, 44, was secretly indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury on November 7 on 75 counts,  including 32 counts of felony rape.

According to the indictment, the sexual assaults involve three different victims ages 16, 15 and 14 and occurred from November of 2018 until June of 2019.

Ruiter was arrested by the US Marshals and booked into the Mahoning County Jail hours after his indictment and is set to be arraigned on November 13.

If convicted, the felony rape counts alone could carry penalties of up to 352 years in prison, based upon felony rape sentencing guidelines posted by the Ohio Supreme Court.

Ruiter, who also lists an address in Warren, does not have any significant criminal history in Mahoning or Trumbull counties before this indictment.
