The Division of State Fire Marshal’s Fire and Explosion Investigation Bureau is seeking tips from the public regarding an intentionally set fire at the Central Social Club in Warren.

On June 14, the Warren Fire Department responded to a fire at 1171 W. Market St. around 2:30 a.m.

The fire originated outside the business at the patio bar and extended to homes on each side of the structure. Both homes were occupied at the time but all were able to escape. Four vehicles were also damaged.

The investigation is being conducted jointly by the State Fire Marshal’s office and the Warren police and fire departments. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee for information leading to the arrest and conviction for anyone responsible for the fire.
