A Warren woman, arrested twice before after police say she passed out driving a car with children inside, has been sent back to jail after allegedly being found sleeping in a car with her foot on the brake.

A judge in Warren Municipal Court revoked the bond for 28-year-old Jessica Appleberry on Thursday.

She was issued a traffic ticket a week ago after a police officer says she was found sleeping in a car on Iowa Avenue.  According to the ticket, Appleberry’s foot was on the car’s brake.

Appleberry, who was cited for driving alone with a temporary permit, wasn’t alone the previous two times police arrested her.

Police say there were children in her car in May when officers say they found her passed out in a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through on West Market Street with three children in the car.

She was still on probation from that incident when police say they found her nodding off behind the wheel of a car containing four children outside a McDonald’s restaurant drive-through last month.

For the August arrest, Appleberry was charged with four counts of child endangering, operating a vehicle under the influence, and driving with a suspended license.

Appleberry’s next court hearing is scheduled for later this month.
