I-80 to close lanes and ramps Tuesday night

The closure will last until Wednesday, Oct. 20 at 7:00 a.m.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) has announced that I-80 will be closing certain lanes and ramps on Tuesday night starting at 9:00 p.m. for striping and bridge repairs.

Both I-80 eastbound and westbound between SR-711 and SR-193 will be reduced to one lane.

In addition, the ramp from SR-11 southbound to I-80 eastbound will be closed. The detour will be SR-711 southbound to Gypsy Ln. to SR-711 northbound to I-80 eastbound.

The closure will last until Wednesday, Oct. 20 at 7:00 a.m.
