Austintown woman indicted after allegedly ramming three people with her car
An Austintown woman has been indicted by the Grand Jury of Trumbull County on four counts of felonious assault.
The indictment stems from an incident where 24-year-old Mersades Moats allegedly ran her car into two men and a woman.
That incident happened outside a home at Elm Road and Terra Alta during the early morning hours of September 6, 2021.
Police reports said Moats had an argument with the victims before getting into her car and ramming them.
Officers say one victim had tire tread marks on her arm and said she couldn't feel her arms and legs.
Another victim had a back injury, scraped his arm and was limping. A third victim refused medical treatment.
Her next court date has not been set.
