Youngstown man sought for Sharon shooting

SHARON, Pa. - Police in Sharon have asked law enforcement agencies in the Valley to be on the lookout for a Youngstown man they say should be considered armed and dangerous.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 30-year-old Jordan Burnett following Tuesday night’s shooting in the parking lot of the Dollar General store on State Street near Euclid Avenue.
When officers arrived at the business at around 9:30 p.m., they found evidence of gunfire, but the victim had already left.
The victim, who was later found after an ambulance was called to a home in Sharon, was taken to a hospital for treatment. Police have not released the victim’s name, but say it appears that his injuries are not life-threatening.
No one else was injured.
Burnett faces seven charges including criminal attempted homicide, aggravated assault, endangering children, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, reckless endangering, and a firearms violation.
The suspect may be driving a black or blue sedan.
