A third and final forum regarding the current EMS situation in Youngstown will take place on November 30th.

According to the release, the Youngstown Neighborhood Leaders will meet at St. Patrick Catholic Church at 1420 Oakhill Avenue at 6:30 p.m.

The meeting will feature Youngstown Mayor Tito Brown and Chief of Staff Nikki Posterli discussing the city's perspective.

Amanda Lencyk, a registered nurse who serves as the Trauma Injury Prevention and Outreach Coordinator for St. Elizabeth Hospital, will speak on the topic.

The public is welcome to attend and there will be a moderated question-and-answer period.

The Youngstown Neighborhood Leaders group held two other meetings previously.

YFD Union Local 312 President John Racco spoke at the first session. The second featured Youngstown Fire Chief Barry Finley and City Council members Julius Oliver, Anita Davis and Mike Ray.

During the last meeting, Chief Barry Finley told the crowd "If we can't come to an agreement with them and AMR leaves, we're in trouble."

Chief Finley also said during the meeting that other emergency services have been offered a request for proposal but no one else answered the city except AMR.
