A Warren man has a bit more cash in the bank after buying a scratch-off Ohio Lottery ticket at a local grocery store.

WARREN, Ohio - A Warren man has a bit more cash in the bank after buying a scratch-off Ohio Lottery ticket at a local grocery store.
According to lottery officials, Donald Foreman purchased a $1 million Cash Blowout ticket at the Macali Giant Eagle on Elm Road NE in Warren.
After mandatory 28 percent state and federal tax on the $20,000 prize, Foreman will receive $14,400.
$1,000,000 Cash Blowout is a $10 scratch-off with a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of January 18, 2023, there are four top prizes remaining in the game.
