GROVE CITY, Pa. - Police are investigating after a threat was made by a 15-year-old.

Grove City police say the threat was made by the teenager on social media while he was at work on March 23.

According to the release, a Safe-To-Say report was filed on March 18 regarding the same juvenile.

Safe-To-Say is a violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office that teaches warning signs and signals with a focus on social media. It allows tips to be made anonymously through an app.

An investigation into the allegations substantiated the social media post and the Safe-To-Say report.

Police filed a juvenile petition in the interest of the 15-year-old for terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.
