GIRARD, Ohio - Following two weekends of windy weather in the Valley, storm clean up is set to begin this week in Girard. 

Branch collection will begin on Wednesday, April 5 and continue on Thursday, April 6. Pick-up will begin again Monday, April 10 through Wednesday April 12 for the city of Girard. 

The collection will begin in the north end of town and crews will then work their way south. 

Branches will be collected curbside, and can be no longer than 10 feet and must be neatly piled on the curb. The city is asking that there are no roots attached to branches left for pick-up.
