42-year-old Sabrina Dorsey of Youngstown has plead not guilty to a charge of vehicular manslaughter, a second degree misdemeanor.
If charged, Dorsey could face up to 90 days in jail and a six month to three year license suspension.
The charges come after an April 10th vehicle accident where Dorsey struck 62-year old Timothy Welsh of Boardman, who was riding his motorcycle.
At the time, Dorsey was found to be at fault as she failed to yield to Welsh on a left turn, causing Welsh to collide with the Dorsey's SUV.
Welsh was hospitalized for just over 2 weeks before succumbing to his injuries.
Dorsey was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on Tuesday and subsequently released awaiting a pre trial hearing on June 29th.
