The Powerball jackpot continues to climb with a new estimated jackpot of $590 million ($305 million cash value) for the next drawing on Saturday, July 8.

The Powerball jackpot rolled after no ticket matched all six numbers drawn Wednesday night – white balls 17,14,48,62,68 and red Powerball 23. The Power Play multiplier was 2X.

The Powerball jackpot was last hit in the April 19, 2023 drawing, when a ticket in Ohio matched all five white balls and the red Powerball to win a grand prize worth $252.6 million. Since then, there have been 33 consecutive drawings without a jackpot winner.

At the same time, the  Mega Millions jackpot is at an estimated $427 million ($220.6 million cash) for the next drawing on Friday, July 7.

The jackpot has been growing since it was last won in New York on April 18, and it’s the second consecutive July that Mega Millions has reached this level.
