CANFIELD, Ohio -  With the help of some kids from Canfield, a weekend project helped turned lemons into lemonade for a victim of an unfortunate accident.

Jenny Kennedy says her granddaughters raised $11,800 dollars from their lemonade stand set up last weekend.

The money will be used to help Rick D’Amico, who lost one of his legs after a truck pulled in front of his motorcycle last year.

The lemonade stand, operated by Harper, Palmer, Landry, and their grandmother had already raised around $20,000 over the past eight years to benefit various people and causes.
