MEDINA, Ohio - Two Birstolville riders have been taken to the hospital after being ejected from a motorcycle following a crash in Medina County.
According to the Medina OSP post, troopers are investigating a crash on I-71 in Montville Township shortly before 10:00 a.m.
Troopers say the motorcycle traveled over the left side of the interstate, struck a median cable and overturned, causing two riders to be ejected. The riders were identified as a 66-year-old male and 60-year-old female, both of Bristolville.
The two were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Troopers say neither rider was wearing a helmet and drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the crash.
