The Youngstown woman who was a fugitive for weeks after allegedly running over a man's foot as she stole his car in Lisbon has pleaded "not guilty" to four felony charges.

As of Friday, 37-year-old Ashley Croley remained held in the Columbiana County jail on a $75,000 bond.

Croley appeared via video in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on Thursday to answer a four-count secret indictment charging her with escape, grand theft auto, felonious assault, and vehicular assault.

Escaping from the Eastern Ohio Correctional Center in Lisbon in August, authorities say Croley stole a vehicle from a nearby pizza restaurant and ran over a man's foot in the process.

On the run until the end of last month, U.S. Marshals arrested Croley on the 100 Block of East Judson Avenue in Youngstown.
