Portion of Youngstown 'Crustmas' event funds to help New Castle baby with heart defect

It is nearly Crustmas... the time of year when Youngstown Pizza Reviews, Penguin City Beer, Youngstown Clothing Co. and White Glove Payroll sponsor the "Merry Crustmas Hoppy Holidays" event, which will take place this year on December 14 at 7 p.m.
The event will take place at Penguin City Brewing in downtown Youngstown.
Registration at the door includes two slices of Wedgewood Pizza and one draft beer from Penguin City. There will also be music and raffle prizes, including a cash prize of $1,000 and a $1,500 value voucher for a Yo Big Bounce obstacle course rental.
There will also be prizes for those watching on Facebook LIVE on Thursday.
The Youngstown Clothing Company teamed up this year with the event organizers on a brand new holiday shirt that is a part of their "Yo-nation Jar," a program in which some proceeds go to a cause.
The year's cause is a baby from New Castle who was born with a heart defect.
Nick Turco, owner of Turco's Pizza in New Castle, and his wife's son Luca was born with HLHS (hypoplastic left heart syndrome). The child has already had two of the three open-heart surgeries he will need. The family has had to shut the pizza shop down multiple times to be at the hospital with the child.
The baby was able to come home after the second surgery after more than 130 days in the hospital. A portion of all Merry Crustmas t-shirt proceeds will go directly to the Turco family.
The Youngstown Clothing Co. Merry Crustmas t-shirt can be purchased online, in-person, or at the event.
White Glove Payroll is sponsoring this year's event.
