Children will get one last chance to grab some eggs in celebration of Easter.

The Keystone Safari in Grove City will host its second annual Egg Drop event on April 6 and April 7. The original event, scheduled before Easter was cancelled due to weather concerns

The free community event will be open for children between the ages of 0 and 12.

Over 16,000 eggs, filled with candy and small toys, will be dropped for guests during the event. Drop times will happen at 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m. 1:30 p.m., and 3 p.m. on both days.

The drop will happen on the north lawn next to the main parking lot and the eggs will be dropped 30 to 40 feet above the ground by a helicopter pilot from Spiker Helicopters out of Butler County.

All guests will not be allowed in the drop zone until all of the eggs have been dropped for safety reasons.

The park opened on March 30 and will also be open for eventgoers.
