A Warren man was handed his sentence for his role in the fatal overdose death of a Youngstown woman back in November.

Court employees tell 21 News 28-year-old Tommy Couch was handed an indefinite prison sentence of 10 to 15 years in prison on one count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Couch was handed his sentence immediately after pleading guilty these charges. All other charges against him were dropped as a result of a plea deal.

The charges stem from the fatal overdose of a 34-year-old Youngstown woman in November of 2023. Couch provided the woman the drugs that caused the woman's death.
