Second suspect pleads guilty in Warren vape store robbery

WARREN - A second suspect has pled guilty in connection with a robbery at a Warren vape store.
Employees in Judge Ronald Rice's court tell 21 News that 19-year-old Kelly Sexton pled guilty to one third-degree felony count of robbery during a Tuesday afternoon pretrial hearing. He could face up to years in prison.
Sexton must undergo a pre-sentence investigation prior to his sentencing hearing, which is currently set for March 3, according to court employees.
Sexton's charge stems from a robbery at the Vapor Kings store on Elm Road NE in Warren, in which a suspect wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and ski mask rode up on a motorized scooter, entered the store, brandished a pistol and demanded items from the employee.
Prosecutors said Sexton, as well as co-defendant Alivia Spitzer acted as the getaway drivers for the juvenile suspect. Spitzer pled guilty to her role in the crime earlier in January.
