The Trumbull County Board of Elections has released its list of candidates appearing on the ballot during the May 5, 2026, primary election.

The deadline to submit all Democratic and Republican petitions of candidacy has passed.

Candidates who have filed petitions still need to have the filings confirmed that they have met Board of Elections requirements, including having at least 50 valid registered voter signatures for major parties and 25 signatures for independent candidates, verifying signatures and filled out correctly.

The filing deadline for independent candidates is May 4.
