Great Groceries: Root Beer Pie

Root Beer Pie
If you can't find root beer concentrate, feel free to substitiute the 1/2 cup milk with 1/2 cup more root beer.
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 (3.4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup root beer
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. root beer concentrate
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Press mixture in the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 7 minutes; cool completely.
Meanwhile, in large bowl combine pudding mix, root beer, milk, vanilla and root beer concentrate. Whisk for 2 minutes until mixture becomes thick; fold in whipped topping.
Pour mixture into cooled crust and chill 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with additional whipped topping and cherries, if desired.
